DEEPFRIED COLD
S’GHETTI-CHANGA

Ingredients:
1 cup – Left over spaghetti or canned spaghetti. (preferably left over!)
1 – Burrito sized flour tortilla
1 Tbs. – Butter or margarine

Optional Ingredients:
Garlic powder, Onion Powder, Italian Seasonings, Additional spices

Instructions:
Plop your cold s’ghetti on your tilla. Wrap that bad boy up real tight. Make sure you do the trick where you fold the edges over before your wrap it so that nothin’ falls out. Then stick a couple toothpicks into it at an angle to keep it from falling open. Then drop the whole mess in a deep fryer (at about 350 degrees) for a few minutes or until golden brown. Fish it out and let some of the oil drain off. While it’s still hot, slab the butter on top and spread it around a bit and sprinkle on your spices (optional, but encouraged)! Let ‘er cool for a bit and then feast!

If you don’t have a deep fryer handy, the S’ghetti-Changa can also be fried in ¼ inch of oil on a frying pan on the top of the stove. Flip it occasionally for a good even frying.

You now have a dish fit for kings! It’s like you started with a mangy school lunch, then turned it into a superb Mexican chimichanga, deep South deep fried style! And the end result is delicious Italian pasta with the spicy, crisp, Italian bread wrapped around it! GENIOUS!

NOT QUITE PIZZA

Ingredients:
1 – Burrito sized flour tortilla
2 Tbs. – Ketchup
1/2 cup – Cheese
1/4 cup – Meat (whatever you got)
Garlic powder

Instructions:
Lay down your tilla. Now, first off, please don’t actually measure out any of this stuff or that would defeat the whole purpose of making this a quick mangy meal. Throw down the cheese and spread it evenly over your tilla. Next toss some meat on top of that! Pretty much any meat will do, lunch meat, slices of hot dog, left over hamburger… seriously, whetever you got. Nuke that bad boy in your microwave for about a minute. It’ll come out hot, to be careful. Squirt some ketchup on it, sprinkle some garlic powder to make it taste a little italian and then roll it up!

And if you’re feeling really ambitions… deep fry it!

You now have a totally portable pizza that you could, in theory, eat while jumping! Check that crap out, yo!
