How I got started: During a new years party at my house I found my old Master pogo stick laying in my basement. Having nothing better to do tried to see how many jumps I could get. Within no time I was trying to see how far I could jump. The very next morning I started jumping no handed, and from then on I started doing tricks.
Best Pogo Story: I was camping and decided to go pogo this pavilion with tons of picnic tables. Unfotunately it was filled with a youth group there on a trip. I started to leave but I heard somebody say "hey look at that guy with the pogo stick". I was trapped, I had no choice but to show off my skills and put on a show for the crowd. I started of with some one foot peg grabs, and they started to shout of things for me to pull. I did everything they said without a problem. It was a lot of fun and the crowd went wild when I was done and walked off into the sunset (ok, I lied, there was no sunset but that would have been alot cooler). The rest of the week I would run into one of them and they'd say "hey look it's the pogo guy". Great fun.
Best Wreck: I was boucing along a foot wide seven foot high foundation wall. I sliped and, just my luck, I fall down the seven foot side and land on a bunch of rocks. I got up and tried gain though. Lucky for me I got it on tape and there is a clip of it on this site.
Favorite Pogo Spot:The ever expanding "Pogo Park" in my backyard.
Favorite Trick: Any peg grab variation over a gap or an object.
