this forum is probly unnessecary but deos any one know a good video tutorial for full backflips or have any tips for me, cuz im a bit afraid and need help
Learn how to do backflips on a trampoline. Once you are comfortable flipping work on dismounts. Then once you can do dismounts with out much thought, you will want to do a dismount but hold onto the handlebars. Land with the pogo in-between your legs and your feet on the ground. Do this and slowly work on keeping your feet on. Make sure you do this on a pad or mattress.
Really the only difference when full backflipping and dismounting is your holding on to the handlebars, which will be very uncomfortable the first time. What I did when I larnt how to full back was practice doing backflips on the trampoline, but hold something like a broomstick, or handlebars. This will get you comfortable with keeping your hands stationary as if your doing it on the stick. Good luck
Also, staying tucked throughout the full backflip might be a little bit awkward at first. It's more natural/easier to just lean backwards without tucking and that will make it a lot harder to get around. So on the dismounts work on your tuck for sure.
thanks for all your help unfortunately i sprained my ankle yesterday doing ulbs, of all things, the easiest trick but ill definately post a flip sampler vid once im up to par and i get them down.
