Body Wrap (UU Cross Reverse)
The body wrap is the most basic way to get the stick from in front of you to behind you while jumping. The Xpogo classification for the trick the UU cross reverse because it uses one hand and the foot that is across from it. In the animation the left hand and right foot remain on the pogo during the trick.
We'll describe the trick to the left, but it can be done either way. To do the trick start in basic position then lean the stick to the left as you release your right and and your left foot. As you lean the stick further over pull your left knee up until you are able to swing your foot around the pogo stick to the other side. You will need to lean your body to the right to get around the stick and also to keep balance. If you reach your right arm out it will be very helpful in keeping your balance. Once your body is around the stick pull it back up with your left hand and as you replace your left foot and regrip with your right hand. You will end in reversed basic position.Bod
Where to from here?
From reversed basic position there's a million places to go. The most obvious is back to basic. You can preform the body wrap in reverse to get back to basic, or perform the trick tothe opposit direction for a full body wrap. You can also do one of many other reverses to get back to basic.
You can also perform many tricks behind your back, like ZD jumping, 180 spins, and many others!
